I love that it’s no smoking and much quieter than the strip hotels. I also enjoy the coffee machine in the room. The only issue I had was my friend arrived early and they wouldn’t let her check in because I made the reservation.

Location is a big plus ! We could walk to the mini mart for snacks and beverages if we didn't want to go to the resort bar . The bar however was great ! Has happy hour half price drinks and staff very friendly ! Honestly I liked the entire experience!

Alles war einfach perfekt! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und liegt im 9. Stock, sodass man vom Balkon aus einen spektakulären Blick direkt auf die Sphere und das Riesenrad (High Roller) hat. Zum Strip ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Ein weiterer riesiger Pluspunkt war das kostenlose Parken in der Garage und dass keine versteckten Resort-Gebühren anfielen. Graham war ein fantastischer Gastgeber – absolut empfehlenswert!

The apartment was impeccable. The host Graham was super helpful and very accommodating.
Our first impression entering the apartment was the Last Vegas sign illuminated on the wall and the Sphere in the background through the balcony, which was an absolutely fantastic view. The location was perfect as is very close to the main Strip and convenience stores. The bed was comfortable and the apartment included useful amenities like an ironing board, and access to the hotel’s gym. Would love to stay again!

Everything was wonderful! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The view from the window was amazing, especially with the Sphere. The location was perfect, very convenient and close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Nothing, everything was great.

The condo was very big for european standards of hotel rooms. The beds were very comfortably, the master bedroom had a very big bed. And the view is TOP!
The location is also very central, in between the Venetian and the Bellagio. The bathroom is extremely spaceous, with a bad for 2 persons. I can reccomand this to everyone!

Great location, nice building, easy access to everything. The owner was very communicative and kind. We very much loved this apartment. If I had a note at all, more things in the kitchen. More silverware, more cups, a mixing bowl, things like that. Other than that, tip top stay!

Todo! Ha sido el mejor hotel donde nos hemos alojado en este viaje y sin duda volvería ahí. Graham fue muy amable, dando su disponibilidad en lo que necesitábamos, la ubicación es central y el parking es gratuito en el hotel. La habitación es muy grande y el baño espectacular, las vistas desde el salón y desde la habitación son espectaculares. Pusimos en la reserva que era nuestra luna de miel, y nos habría encantado algún detalle, pero todo ha sido perfecto.

Tout était parfait, l emplacement a 5min du strip, vue imprenable sur la sphère, tout équipé, idéal pour passer le nouvel an.

Excellent value that’s conveniently location between the Sphere and Strip. Of course, the balcony with stellar views of the Sphere were pretty surreal, too. I also greatly appreciated that the property was smoke-free and did not have a resort fees. The reception staff in the lobby was also very friendly and very efficient. No long lines to check-in. Best of all was my host, Graham who frequently communicated with me before and during my stay with detailed check-ins and quick responses. I always knew that Graham was always available if I ever needed him. Nothing to share, since the condo exceeded my expectations.
